Arooj provided exceptional care to my elderly dad who has communication issues at very short notice. Her kindness, professionalism and welcoming nature put him at ease. She even managed to get him talking and even more importantly - smiling! Which he will only do if he trusts somebody and isn't easy. Her ability to connect with him and make him feel comfortable was truly remarkable. She showed genuine compassion and understanding and spoke to him about things to spark his speech such as his work history, heritage and hobbies.
Her care went far beyond just treating his feet. We can't thank her enough for the extra effort she put in to make my dad feel seen and heard. As someone living in Australia where booking appointments can be a real challenge, I was blown away by her flexibility and responsiveness - she made it happen in no time, I'd asked so many people to help but nobody would.. Arooj did and we're so grateful for that. Not only did she provide amazing service to my dad but she communicated with me every step of the way with patience and understanding.
